Oh man. This little series gave me a lot of feelings.
It just makes me remember when Puck and I met in person. My ride and I drove all morning to get down to the airport, and I was so ridiculously nervous that I’d do something wrong, or screw up, or not be there at the right time, or just be wrong.
Then Puck just comes walking toward me, wearing his Dave shirt and wheeling his baggage behind him, and I just kindof froze. He just set his baggage down and spread his arms and said “Come at me bro” and then hugs and then two weeks of really awesome chill time.
I’m just really grateful we got that time together, because it was awesome and shockingly easy. For me, at least. Just as easy as talking over skype or gmail, like we have for the past- jeez, how long? Six years now? TL;DR, online relationships are really, really important, and anyone who sees them as shallow or stupid just doesn’t get it.

I’m a close friend of Fastpuck’s, and I recently saw someone tell him on his blog that his art was being posted without his permission on this blog. When I sent the person a message, I got this back:
That is a blatant lie, and I’m going to show you why.
So, reverse-image searches don’t work? I briefly gave the benefit of the doubt, but then I began to wonder.
Not only does Fastpuck sign all his art, but it’s pretty widely-posted. So I decided to search “reverse-image search” into google, and found a convenient little thingy where I could drag in a photo.
I did this with the (NSFW!)picture in question (screencapped in case it’s deleted later), and what did I find?
Oh my! That seems like a whole page of results! Most of which, ultimately, lead back to Puck’s original post.
I love the smell of lies in the morning.
The mod of the blog has posted apologies and replies, for which I am appreciative, but that does not change the fact that this sort of behavior is unacceptable. There are search engines for your use- I found one simply by googling the most simple words!
Get your shit together and stop reposting art.

Oh, and a slight update-
The posts on the blog now have the artists as the source which, while it is an upgrade, isn’t exactly the correct reaction.
The correct thing to do would be to delete the posts entirely, then reblog the original from the artists’ blogs.
But I guess that’s me expecting people to be respectful and courteous of others. Ah well.
